2006 Invicta S1-600
British supercar manufacturer Invicta is currently showing off the latest S1-600 for export markets, at the British International Motor Show.
Meanwhile an exclusive viewing of the right-hand drive 2+2 can be enjoyed in the ticket-only Ultimate Collection Platinum Suite.
The pair will show off the firm’s evolution from the original design, as well as illustrating a real interest in the car from abroad.
Chairman Michael Bristow said: “We are pleased to announce the UK debut of the Invicta S1-600 left-hand drive export model.
“We are responding to overwhelming demand from overseas. The Show Car will be delivered to Germany, Invicta has appointed a Benelux dealer, and negotiations are ongoing with importers in other countries within Europe and worldwide.”
The Germany-bound twin-seater coupe boasts a subtle combination of Black Shadow Green paint, plush olive green carpeting and tan leather interior.
The instruments nestle within real wood burr walnut, and the exterior has the highly polished castings and bonnet teardrops associated with Invicta.
The S1-600 is powered by a supercharged 5.0-litre Ford V8 engine, which provides 600bhp and 575lbs/ft of torque at 4,500rpm.
The hefty asking price of £150,000 buys a car hand-built by skilled craftsmen in the company’s Wiltshire home.
