Honda’s Low Emission Sports Car
Visitors to the London Motorshow this year will witness Honda’s 2009 low emission sports car; details are kept under wraps until then but we do have an artist’s impression for you. Honda tells us it will be an affordable hybrid and it is due to go on sale in the UK as of next Spring. The manufacturer’s latest offering will mark 36 years of developing cleaner technology. The first breakthrough was in 1972 when Honda unveiled their new low emissions petrol engine called the CVCC which was designed for the Civic. Last year we saw the hybrid CR-Z concept in Tokyo and this has since been okayed for production. We now await the latest performance model and will have pictures online before the show which runs at ExCEL, London from 23rd July – 3rd August.
