2009 Ferrari California Debut
The official World Premier of the new Ferrari California took place last week with an intimate gathering of V.I.P guests who watched it parade through its new production line building.
The new building which was awarded winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize 2008, was seen as the perfect venue to showcase the baby GT and who better to sell it to you than road-tester Michael Schumacher. The former F1 champion was appointed official road tester and was on hand to share his experiences with 1,000 V.I.P guests.
Visually of course, the car sold itself, the 454bhp V8 soundtrack was the hands on your cheque books signal and particulars such as the 7-Speed Dual Clutch transmission and folding hardtop, the icing on the cake. It looks like the new Jag F-type has a fight on its hands!
